| Able to accommodate 10 people (including 2 children), the chalet Le Peynier is located at the foot of the slopes in the resort of
Vars-les-Claux
, at the lower entrance to the village (at 1830 m above sea level).
It is possible to ski back to the chalets from the slopes. The chalet is located less than 200 metres from the Le Peynier chair-lift and a ski-lift.
Facing south, south-west, the chalets benefit from lots of sunshine.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with two single beds and the other with two pull-out beds. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is located next to these two bedrooms. An open space leading from this area is used as a small living room with a settee, television and fridge. The chalet Le Peynier also has a freezer. From the open area, a porch located at the chalet entrance can be seen through a large bay window. Your skis and boots can be left here in a cupboard provided for this purpose.

The first floor contains two other bedrooms with double beds and a living area measuring 19.5 m² this room is very light thanks to a French window opening onto the terrace facing south, south-west, giving an unrestricted view of the resort and the Eyssina mountain range. In the living area, a large table will accommodate all your guests and it also has a lounge area where you can relax. In the living area, a staircase leads to the ground floor and another to the attic, which has one bedroom with two single beds, most suitable for children given the maximum room height of 1.60 metres. In the centre of the chalet is an open-plan fitted kitchen (120L fridge, dishwasher, 4 electric rings, oven-grill and microwave or cooker, depending on the chalet). Lots of cupboard space and cutlery and crockery for ten people are also provided. The bathroom has a bath and sink. Separate toilet. |
